WI-FI HOT TUBS OPERATE FROM ANYWHERE

Your Northern Hot Tub includes a module that connects your hot tub to your home internet router. Your iOS or Android smartphone can then control your Wi-Fi hot tub. This provides many benefits, including the ability to control your pumps, lights, and hot tub temperature from the comfort of your home. After your weekly water care treatments, we recommend leaving the pump on high speed for about 20 minutes. Instead of waiting by the hot tub to monitor, you can continue with your day and check the app on your phone from anywhere to ensure the pumps are on low speed; if not, you can remedy it from your smartphone. PROGRAMMING YOUR WI-FI HOT TUB IS A BREEZE

Hot tubs require a certain level of programming at the onset and several adjustments as you settle into hot tub ownership. In the beginning, your Northern Hot Tub dealer will help you set up your initial filter cycles. This will enable the hot tub to circulate and filter for 4 hours in the AM and 4 hours in the PM. This is the average duration required for most homeowners and is based on moderate use. The filter cycles should be longer if the hot tub is used more. If the hot tub is used less, the filter cycles should be shorter. Most hot tubs are programmed using the top side controls. Our hot tubs for sale in Canada can be programmed using the top side controls, but it is far more convenient to program the hot tub using your smartphone's app.  In our opinion, this is the most significant benefit of your Wi-Fi hot tub, as programming through the top side control can be complicated and even frustrating at times.

WI-FI HOT TUBS FOR YOUR COTTAGE OR VACATION HOME

Imagine installing a well-built, well-equipped, all-inclusive Wi-Fi hot tub in a remote setting at your cottage or vacation property. If you are not going the be there during the week or for extended periods, there is no sense in keeping the hot tub at 104 degrees as it is a waste of energy. Before you leave, turn down the hot tub temperature from the topside control; if you forget, you can always turn it down from your smartphone while en route or at home. While you are away, you can monitor your hot tub functions to ensure that all systems are functioning correctly. If there are any issues, the app will alert you to act and remedy them. If you rent your cottage or vacation property, you will know when your hot tub is being used so you can plan for preventative maintenance if need be. When you are headed back to your cottage or vacation property, turn up the heat on your smartphone, and your Wi-Fi hot tub will be ready for you to enjoy upon your arrival.
