OUR HOT TUB PACKAGES INCLUDE EVERYTHING

Purchasing a hot tub should be as stress-free as using a hot tub. Therefore, Northern Hot Tubs offers all-inclusive hot tub packages. There are no options and upgrades. The hot tub only comes one way, with everything. We do this because you will need everything that we provide, and we don’t see any sense in confusing the matter by upselling our customer’s features and options they can’t do without such a hardcover and hot tub cover lifter. There are no insulation or cabinet upgrades. Our fully featured hot tubs only come with an industry-leading 5-part insulation system and synthetic frame and cabinet. An electronic water purifier and a unique LED lighting package are included. Your Northern Hot Tub package even includes a Wi-Fi module to operate your hot tub from anywhere in the world using your iOS or Android smartphone.

HOT TUB SET UP AND DELIVERY IS OFFERED AT A FAIR PRICE

There technically is nothing to install as our hot tubs come as a fully assembled and functional product, just like other home appliances. The hot tub requires a flat-level base of any kind and a dedicated electrical service. Many Northern Hot Tub dealers provide base installation services. Those who don’t should be able to refer to a local landscaping company that can. A certified electrician must perform the electrical service. Our dealers are trained to provide VIP delivery and set up where everything is taken care of, including placing the hot tub, complete assembly, filling and testing, water care and hot tub operation instructions, and even neatly bagging the hot tub packaging for curbside disposal. The VIP delivery and set up fee ranges between $500 and $1000 for fully accessible, ground-level access. Additional charges will apply if the backyard is not accessible, requires a crane, or if the hot tub needs to be placed on an elevated surface, such as a second-story deck.

MATCHING STEPS, COVER LIFTERS AND CHEMICALS ARE INCLUDED

Our knowledgeable hot tub professionals will work with you to determine the best hot tub package to meet your installation requirements. A matching entry step is included if your hot tub will be placed on top of a deck. Different cover lifer options suit various installation scenarios. It doesn't matter which way you go; the cover lifter is included. Our hot tub packages also have a generous supply of start-up chemicals to get you going with everything you need to enjoy your hot tub soon after it is set up in your backyard. Step-by-step water care instructions are provided, and a comprehensive overview of applying the products is included.
